“Weighing in at 250lbs in 2010, I made a big change in my life. I started eating better and thinking differently. Now, I weigh 165lbs and life is amazing!” Keenan Handy has an Associate's degree from Johnson & Wales University in Miami, FL. He's also a certified Personal/Executive Chef. Chef Handy loves healthy living and wellness. He believes in eating meals that are full of nutrients but still taste great. With over 20 years of experience in the Culinary Arts, Keenan has worked in top restaurants. He's been at places like Miami's Nemo and Best Restaurant in NYC 2002 Marseille. He's also helped open seven new restaurants along the East Coast. He's cooked for big names like Tyler Perry and Super Model Gelila Bekele.
